All Saints Greek Church Holiday Bake Sale

All Saints Greek Orthodox Church Philoptochos Society’s Greek Holiday (Pre-Order) Bake Sale will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 8:30am – 6:00pm at All Saints’ Hellenic Memorial Hall, 3528 West Street, Weirton, WV with pre-order available from October 16^th to November 3^rd. Baked goods include Greek favorites such as Finikia (oblong cookie dipped in a honey syrup and ground walnuts), Halva (farina cake soaked in honey syrup), Kourambiethes (butter cookies covered in powdered sugar), Baklava (layers of buttered phyllo, nuts, cinnamon topped with honey syrup), Karithopita (moist walnut cake topped with a honey mixture syrup and a cherry) and Koulourakia (twist butter cookies that may be eaten alone or dunked in coffee) and for our chocolate lovers we have chocolate fudge.
