The Chamber offers print and digital publications to stay up-to-date on Chamber and Member Events. Below is an overview of advertising we can offer your business. Please go to the individual publication pages for more information and past issues.

Our monthly newsletter, The Town Crier, is mailed, via the U.S. Postal Service, to approximately 500 businesses and individuals. It lists new Chamber members who have recently joined and any events occurring prior to the next issue. The Chamber President’s column and the Business Spotlight are two special features of The Town Crier.

- Contact the Chamber to reserve the month you are interested in
- Email your article to services@weirtonchamber.com by Monday of the week you are scheduled
- Inserts
- $85; 500 copies of your flyer on 8×11
- Inserts can be double-sided; in color; and/or on colored paper
- New Members get $85 waived if used their first year of membership
- Drop-off your copies to the Chamber by Monday of the week you want your insert to be included
“Your Chamber & You” is a weekly column in The Weirton Daily Times (Thursday editorial page) and The WV Central Newspaper (monthly). It features a Chamber member and can spotlight any event or promotion you wish. To be featured in “Your Chamber & You,” simply e-mail a brief article (written in third-person) of approximately 250 words describing your business, promotion or event and 1 or 2 lines about your relationship with the Chamber, by Monday of the week you would like to be featured to services@weirtonchamber.com. (Please contact the Chamber early to make sure the week you need is available.)
Our Digital Directory & Go Guide was launched in 2021 and has been growing ever since. It offers listings of our Chamber members alphabetically & by category. Not only does it serve to highlight our members, but our local area as well. There are articles showing what our area has to offer in economic & business growth, health & wellness, restaurants, shopping, churches, education, and more!

The Chamber Chat is our weekly e-newsletter and a great way to stay up-to-date on events that are happening each week and in the near future. It is sent directly to your e-mail account every Thursday.
It features the weekly “Your Chamber & You” article found in the Weirton Daily Times, as well as upcoming events, committee meetings, and member news in the “Business Blurbs” section.
To contribute an event or an announcement for your business or organization in the “Business Blurbs” section e-mail your information to services@weirtonchamber.com. Remember to keep your announcement brief and include pertinent information—name of the event, date(s) and time(s), cost, if reservations are needed, and contact information.
